EXPERIENCE

10 Years or more in injection molding with PVC (poly vinyl chloride)

Knowledge of all aspects of injection molding.

Familiar with The 5S's ( Five keys to a total quality environment ; organization, neatness,

cleaning, standardization and discipline.

Basic electrical. math, reading and writing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and start up 7 injection molding presses 300 ton - 550 ton.

Troubleshooting and assisting with mold changes as needed for production.

Overseeing machine operators and managing lunch, breaks and housekeeping

Communicate shift to shift, log book entries as required.

Ability to identify root problems and execute to resolve them.

Other duties as needed.

REQUIRED;

Own tools and roll tool box
