GCC is a private 650-member family country club, located on 180 acres in Greenwich, CT and is the premier country club in the area, bringing together a rich 131-year history with a family and community culture. The GCC offers a variety of employment and career opportunities from administrative and management roles to banquet services and sporting activities. The club offers year-round amenities, including tennis, squash, paddle, aquatics, fitness, bowling, skeet, trap and five-stand.

Essential Duties

• Provide members and guests with a friendly, quick and exceptional service.
• Arrive on time according to schedule and dressed in the appropriate uniform.
• Ability to work calmly and effective under pressure.
• Prepare food orders according to GCC time and quality standards
• Responsible for the opening (set up) or/and closing of the HWH.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverages.
• Stock food and beverages using "FIFO" (First in, First out)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for food and working as a team.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking instructions.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 35lbs
• Must possess excellent communications skills
• Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
• A positive attitude while on the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour
