We are currently looking for a PRE-SALES ENGINEER

About the Role:
This position is part of the Presales organization and works on a daily basis with Sales and Delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Present and demonstrate our Call Handling technology with PSAP customers.

Create business cases and differentiating content, Site Surveys and documentation.

Competitive pricing.

Transition to service.

Creation of SOW's, working with third parties, and RFP responses.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum five years’ experience in Public Safety

Worked or sold into PSAP's and have a deep understanding of operations and pain points.

P ublic Safety Answering points

Understanding of project delivery and steady state roles, responsibilities, and processes

Engineering mindset and experience

Ability to have a relational conversation with staff.

Experience with Managed Services and construction of offers, quotes, pricing, etc.

Very good interpersonal skills and customer facing presentation skills

Self-motivated learner capable of taking on additional responsibilities and growth within the role.
