My client is a leading provider of specialized care for individuals struggling with eating disorders and related mental health conditions. Their comprehensive, evidence-based approach incorporates medical, nutritional, and psychological support to help clients achieve long-term recovery.

We are seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. The Primary Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position requires an individual with strong clinical skills and experience working with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients in the program.

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.

· Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and other mental health professionals, to ensure the best possible care for each client.

· Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

· Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.

· Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on client progress.

· Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of eating disorder treatment.

Requirements:

· Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

· Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of California (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

· Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

· Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for eating disorders, such as CBT-E, DBT, and ACT.

· Understanding of the medical and nutritional aspects of eating disorders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
