Noble Crust marks the culinary intersection of fine Italian cooking and Southern ingredients. This will be a salaried + commission role starting at $50,000+ per year.
Private Dining Coordinator
In this role you will:
- Book private and semi private event spaces across all 3 Noble Crust locations.
- Field and respond to all private dining leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- Act as a concierge to assist guests during the booking process and leading up to the event.
- Help coordinate menu + cocktail direction along with coordinating any needs or requests.
- Facilitate all private event documents for guest, management and culinary teams to ensure all menu details, special requests and floor layouts are noted and executed.
- Communicate with supervisor, culinary and management teams with details to ensure smooth arrival and duration of private event.
- Work private events with onsite teams including set up.
- Act as a lead role to facilitate all points of the events.
- Maximize revenue and optimize occupancy of all private dining spaces.
- Management of Tripleseat Event Software.
- Set up and Execution of Offsite Events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Hospitality Experience
- 6 + plus months of event or project management experience
- Previous private dining / event sales experience strongly preferred
