Private Care Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

As a non-profit homecare agency, we have been providing quality care to our patients for over 110 years in Arlington and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking a dynamic Private Care Registered Nurse to join our team.
The Private Care RN Supervisor is responsible for:
- Assisting in implementing concierge service for all private care clients which will best meet their individual needs.
- Meeting with Private clients to set up plan of care and obtaining signed service agreements.
- Assuring quality care to patients through case management of patients and clinical staff.
- Providing initial orientation and in-home supervision to home health aides and involve patient/family in HHA frequency & plan of care.
- Acting as a liaison between the agency and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other community agencies.
- Coordinating and implementing agency participation at health fairs, blood pressure clinics and other community-sponsored events.
The right RN candidate will possess:
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to organize training programs and competency reviews of paraprofessional staff.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and case management.
- Intermediate computer level experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts necessary. One to two years nursing experience required. Home health care and community relations experience preferred.
This Position is Monday - Friday with flexible schedule
