We're looking for a tutor to join the team of dedicated professionals that make up our tutoring program. The ideal candidate should be an experienced, skilled educator who is motivated to work one-on-one with students who are struggling in school. Tutors are expected to spend time getting to know each student and engaging them in a fun learning environment by using individualized lesson plans designed by you!

Responsibilities:

• Teach the fundamentals of mathematics to both elementary and high school students.
• Teach the fundamentals of reading to elementary students.
• Motivate students to learn.
• Give homework help to students of all ages during the school year and summer break.
• Coordinate with teachers to develop lesson plans and activities.
• Lead discussions with students about their academic topics and study skills.
• Gather materials for their tutoring sessions.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
