We are searching for driven, dedicated, and determined nurses like you to join our team at Gardens of Germantown!

Our beautiful facility located in Germantown, Tennessee, is home to memory care residents who brighten the lives of everyone they interact with, including our care staff.

We are searching for PRN nurses (with the potential for full time at the next opening). Vitality is a dynamic company and growing rapidly. You won't be disappointed you chose us!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain current professional license if LPN/LVN.
• Maintain current CPR certification if LPN/LVN.
• Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families
