Overview:
Come join our amazing team! Harvey Performance is actively recruiting for a Product Manager to lead a team developing new product lines as we continue to innovate and grow. In this role, you will lead a team of New Product Development Engineers and partner with the VP of Engineering and departments throughout the organization.
We develop new products from scratch as well as offshoots from our existing products and we add hundreds? (maybe thousands) of SKU’s each year. You should be well-versed in the product development lifecycle, be a good project manager, and be a strong Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Generating new product ideas on your own, with your team, and with others in the organization
- Working with the Innovation Team on the product design
- Writing technical overviews for the website and catalogs that describe the products
- Leveraging data to drive decision making, assess effectiveness of products, and deliver recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross functional teams across manufacturing, technology, marketing, and operations
- Managing a team of Engineers
Qualifications:
- 3+ years contributing to the development of cutting tool products
- Passionate about building new products
- Able to recognize and transform product insights and feedback into actionable needs and requirements
- 4 year Engineering degree
