YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Product Manager at InMoment, you will be the owner of all front-end reporting & analytics workflows for the core XI offering. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be working with individual customers and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of the market, and implementing solutions that bring value. You will lead collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to develop and bring to market solutions to customer problems and market opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

• Has three or more years experience as a software Product Manager
• Has seven or more years in the software industry; SaaS preferred
• A degree in business or technology fields; master’s degree preferred
• Proven leadership ability and evidence of positively influencing cross-functional teams
• Ability to apply critical thinking and creative solutions toward solving problems
• Is comfortable and effective working with personalities and functions of all types, ranging from customers, to sales, to engineering and finance
• Self-motivated professional who can take accountability of project goals, work independently with minimal direction, partner effectively with functional counterparts, and motivate and help team members to achieve collective success

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Sr Product Manager’s primary responsibilities are to develop and maintain a reporting and analytics product strategy and roadmap, including identifying, defining and prioritizing product requirements, features, and initiatives. Responsibilities also include:

• Communicate and seek alignment with key stakeholders on reporting roadmap
• Present roadmap to customers and prospects when required
• Evaluate and process (route, refine, decline, add to roadmap) reporting related enhancement requests
• Assist Product Marketing in developing product materials, conducting sales training, webinars and conferences, etc.
• Facilitate internal product readiness, including enablement and training on new product capabilities
• Conduct new product and new capability research to identify opportunities
• Validate strategy and direction
• Deliver requirements and customer use cases to Design and work with Design to produce proposed software solutions
• Provide feedback and validation on design concepts
• Engage Product Owners in planning and coordination of product requirements, priorities and designs
• Conduct business case analysis where appropriate
• Assist in evaluating and establishing appropriate product pricing and pricing models Assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
