We run the leading B2B PAM and iGaming content aggregation businesses in North America. We need a customer facing Product Manager to work with our US and Canadian customers and help drive these growing products. They will be working alongside our existing commercial and technical account managers to help our customers understand and benefit from our products, and to bring their evolving requirements back into the business. As the majority of our services are consumed by players in-app a strong understanding of mobile is key to succeeding in this role.

North America is our biggest growth market, and we have a complex set of products available to our customers in that market. We need a Product Manager to be the face of our products, and to support our existing customer engagement teams of technical and commercial account managers. As well as representing our products this role will be understanding the evolving customer needs and turning these into clear requirements for our product and engineering teams.

Our OpenGaming aggregation platform is seeing phenomenal growth in North America and combined with our exclusive L&W omni-channel content is a strong offering but, as the market also grows, we are seeing a number of challenger aggregators coming for our business. We will continue to lead on a value proposition and are investing in new player experiences and platform services. We need someone trusted and respected who can speak to operators and make sure we are building the right things the right way. The role goes both directions – representing these products to customers and also bring their feedback back into our product org. As a senior product leader you will be a key stakeholder in the setting of our global priorities.

Our products lean heavily on mobile excellence (with around 85% of all US iGaming wagering now executed in-app) and as such the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of mobile products, including the app store and play store processes.

The successful candidate will be both our product evangelist and the product strategist, with excellent communication skills and will be comfortable presenting at board level both internally and with our customers. Our platform and aggregation services are the leading digital services in the North American market and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of this story.

Experience:

Undergraduate or above

5+ years working with digital iGaming products required
