Northwest Water sports, Redmond WA is looking for a strong experienced salesman to join our team. Must have a proven track record and understand what it takes to be successful in the business today! Must be a team player and have the drive to go above and beyond as a team!

** Must have personal or professional boating experience. Preferably Tow boats.

We have low turn over and looking for your commitment to the business. Our dedication to providing customers with the best possible sales and service experience before and after the sale!

You'll be responsible for managing your leads, follow up, ad writing, getting photos of inventory, demo rides with customers, working deals start to finish and more.

Must have the following experience to apply:

- Must be active into watersports (personal experience or professional) Basically know the boating industry on a decent level.

- Know how to operate a tow boat

- Must have Min 3 years boating experience and valid boaters card

- Must be proficient at driving a truck and trailer

- Must be self starter/ hustler

Full support of a Desk manager and Finance department along with a full inhouse repair facility and detail.

Requirements:
-Sales Experience - Previous dealership experience (car or boat) is a huge plus
-Valid drivers license and boaters card with good driving record
-Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Telephone Skills
-Excellent with computers, texting, craigslist, and CRM systems
-Driven, self motivated, high energy with a positive attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,859.51 - $120,000.00 per year
