Production Operator – 2nd and 3rd Shifts AvailablePenmac Staffing is seeking candidates for their Production Operator opportunity with a local manufacturer. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, our client is looking for a full-time candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.
This position is a part of a labor union and candidates will be required to enroll and submit to the same expectations as the other union members. (This can influence Attendance, Breaks/Lunches, etc).
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – Done
3rd Shift: Midnight - Done
Pay: $16.60 per hour, raise after 90 days
Responsibilities can include:
- Operate various types of machinery throughout the production process
- Meet production requirements on a nightly basis
- Keep a clean and well-organized workspace
- Physically demanding job; standing the entire shift
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Steel Toe Shoes/Boots, required within the plant
- Must be willing to work any shift, overtime, and weekends, as needed
