We have an open opportunity for a Production Supervisor - 12 Hour Nights
Works from 6pm to 6am on a two week cycle of 4 days-on (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) and 3 days-on (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Job Description:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day shift activities including manufacturing, safety, quality, scheduling, and maintenance. This role is directly responsible for people leadership and driving efficient production flow and continuous improvement work environment.
This highly visible member of the Production team will be responsible for directly supervising and influencing the day-to-day operations of assigned shift by reviewing the production schedule, safety procedures, quality metrics, and customer deadlines to support the operational contribution to maximize profits. In addition, they identify and recommend measures to improve production throughput, equipment performance, product quality, waste reduction, resource flow and cell efficiencies.
Qualifications:
To be successful at this role, a minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in multi-shift manufacturing with preference in envelope, printing or paper converting industries. In addition, a proven track record of solid communication, problem solving and process improvement collaboration skills with the ability to analyze production data and communicate results within the production team will be required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
