Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. May participate in making management decisions affecting the work. Includes team leaders who work as part of the team.
Riverside Foods is a locally owned appetizer and seafood manufacturing company.

We are looking for long-term team employees to join our growing staff.

Monday through Thursday: 5am to 3pm, plus overtime on Fridays so you can still enjoy a 2 day weekend.

You should have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

You should be able to stand for an extended period of time and work in some areas that are maintained at 40 degrees.

Some lifting up to 40 lbs. may also be required on a regular basis.

You should also have willingness to learn our manufacturing process and have excellent attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

• Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas.

Sign-On Bonus! Quarter of the bonus is paid every 3 months of start date and candidate is in good standing with the company.
