Monument is looking for the following type of agents:

• Individual Agents - Uncapped potential with leads provided to enhance your sphere business. Training coaching, classes and masterminds centered around the market of the moment and agent needs.
• Lead and Team Agents - We help lead agents build out their teams through consulting and supplying the team lead Zillow and Realtor.com leads to build their business.
• New Agent Development Program, SEALS -Most companies offer some sort of training. Seals is a “doing” program with small groups and new clients to work with each week. Second to none training classes, support, and leads. Agents who are brand new or have less than 2 years of experience can apply for this program.
