We are a rapidly growing window cleaning company that started as a side gig in the owner's dorm room 15 years ago. Today, we are proud to serve clients in 10 locations across Hawaii, Montana, Washington, Minnesota and Oregon.

The Role

At Pane'N The Glass, you'll be part of a team that provides top-notch window cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties. You'll interact with homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers, ensuring that the windows on their properties shine like new.

Although the job requires you to be active and on the move all day, it's not as physically demanding as traditional manual labor jobs and involves minimal heavy lifting. With all the necessary equipment, vehicles, and training provided, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this role.

We are looking for individuals who are trustworthy, positive, hard-working, good with people, and professional. We will provide all the necessary gear, vehicles, and training to help you become a skilled practitioner. Window cleaning, done correctly, is an art. You must be willing to commit yourself to learning a new trade.

Working hours start around 8 a.m. and typically end by 3:00-5 p.m.

Leading teams and organizing multiple projects

You'll become an expert at window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
