Although located at SEWS – Farmington Hills, Michigan Office, this is a flexible Work From Home position, which means an associate has the flexibility to work from home, but is expected to report to the local office as needed or required.

Basic Purpose:
Program Analyst to support the Stellantis wire harness programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and ensure adherence to program timing plans that align with the customer deliverables and expectations.
• Develop, track and maintain the Smartsheet MPP for the CFT.
• Coordinate and lead the cross-functional meetings to ensure deliverables are complete on time.
• Monitor, manage and report on customer satisfaction concerns where appropriate.
• Track and communicate the status of raw material required to support build and testing events.
• Track and report the delivery of finished good products to the customers.
• Develop and distribute cost matrixes for the engineering team and sales.
• Create and maintain the Change Control Matrices for Stellantis programs.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 5-7 Years with program management related experience preferably in the field of automotive.
• Good organizational skills, communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
