ArcGNO is currently recruiting a Program Coordinator of Prevocational

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the proper maintenance of all records associated with individuals employed through Arc Enterprises. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for performing all intake procedures for the Employment Services Department. Responsible for supervisory duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm weekend prn

Essential Functions:

  • 1. Reviews all referrals and coordinates referral process.
  • 2. Completes initial intake documents on all prospective clients.
  • 3. Completes SE assessments as assigned.
  • 4. Coordinates assessments with appropriate individuals.
  • 5. Reviews assessments as needed.
  • 6. Reviews all waiver budget sheets for mobile crew and follow along services.
  • 7. Assists in obtaining Prior Authorizations form Support Coordinators/SRI.
  • 8. Competes annual reports for Ability One.
  • 9. Submits referral information to LRS for new prospective job seekers.
  • 10. Reviews all follow along reports submitted by Employment Specialists/Job Coaches.
  • 11. Produces/reviews Individual Service Plans.
  • 12. Produces/reviews all reports for mobile crew members.
  • 13. Updates all pertinent emergency/medication documents annually.
  • 14. Assists DSP's with completion of Annual Evaluations for all crew members.
  • 15. Completes monthly and bi annual placement reports for LRS.
  • 16. Assists in timely completion of Job Development logs.
  • 17. Reviews and completes job coach logs necessary for Milestone Reports.
  • 18. Completes monthly Milestone Reports for billing LRS.
  • 19. Attends and participates in supervisory meetings, staff meetings,training sessions and other informational meetings as needed/requested.
  • 20. Assists in preparing curriculum for Pets school-based services.
  • 21. Teaches approved students at assigned schools as scheduled.
  • 22. Attends IEP meetings for all Pet students.
  • 23. Completes necessary training modules as assigned.
  • 24. Assists with supervision of job coaches.
  • 25. Assists in performance evaluations for Job Coaches.
  • 26. Represents Employment Services at family forums, transition fairs, etc.
  • 27. Performs supervisory duties as assigned.
  • 28. Performs job coaching as needed.

Requied Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Services preferred.
  • QMRP or eligible for same.
  • 1-year experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of/familiarity with licensing standards.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Current Driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
  • Covid -19 vaccination required.
  • Required to attend 8 hours orientation at the Arc.
