Grand Canyon University is looking for a Part Time Program Coordinator for the Canyon Center for Character Education. Join us and be apart of the team.
What you will do:

Provide administrative support, project management, as well as communication updates, for the Canyon Center for Character Education.

Maintain social media account needs, as well as communication inbox for the Canyon Center for Character Education.

Support applied research projects and resource development related to the Canyon Center for Character Education.

Develop, oversee, and communicate marketing materials and marketing distribution for the virtual hub, program development, and summit events.

Provide administrative support and communication updates for professional development summits and all Center initiatives.

MS Office Suite proficiency.
What you need:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administrative capacity for large department/function.

An equivalent combination of work experience and education/training may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.

Experience in education research required.

Experience in higher education environment preferred.

Two years of experience working as a program coordinator or related position with strong preference given to candidates with experience in character education.

Provide a positive example to GCU/GCE community by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

Understanding and knowledge of Kern Family Foundation Character Education Virtues preferred.

Must pass background investigation.
