Job description

CRSI is now hiring a Program Coordinator in Miami County. This is a full-time position.

We provide in-home developmental disability services for adults. Duties including, but not limited to, the following assistive areas:

  • Coordinator, monitor, and assist in the day-to-day operations of services for all consumer activities
  • Assist as a liaison between CRSI, County Board of DD, and DODD
  • Provide advocacy for all consumers
  • May perform hands-on service delivery for consumers, provide supervision and on-call responsibilities
  • Assure sound budgetary practices in each consumer setting

Per the Centers for Medicare & Medication Services mandate, some locations require the COVID vaccine.

Driver’s License, Valid Insurance, & HS Diploma/GED Required

Must have an Associate’s Degree with at least 2-4 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Starting pay of $14.00/hr
  • $1500 referral bonus
  • $1000 sign on bonus
  • Paid Training
