New Challenges Inc. is currently hiring a full-time Program Director/Designated Manager for residential services licensed through the Department of Human Services. NCI provides supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis & traumatic brain injuries in the south metro area.
NCI is seeking an individual to supervise services at corporate foster care locations in the east and south metro area.
Duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Report writing
- Team meetings
- Handling emergency situations
- Staff training and supervision
- Annual paperwork
- File audits
- Maltreatment internal investigations and reports
- Staffing support
Qualifications needed include a 4 year degree in the Human Services field (or 4 years of full time experience in the human services field), 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness & 3 years of supervisory experience in the human services field.
This position requires availability to provide additional direct care support at supervised locations as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve & multi-task are also required. This position offers a competitive wage & benefits. Persons with experience as 245D site supervisors, Program Managers, Program Directors, etc. are encouraged to submit resumes.
