Prowess Consulting is looking for a Program Management and Operations Support with data management skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in reporting and presenting, and must have a solid project management background.
This is a two (2) month contract. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States however, the work hours will be in the Pacific time zone. No third-party agencies, please.
To be considered for this role you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia or Washington state.

Project manages content creation with the role owners.
Drives publishing of the Role Excellence content
Onboarding support
Content management
Hub updates
Onboarding mail management
Learning & Development & Learning Engagement
Portfolio program/project management of multiple L&D workstreams as assigned
Delivery of quality learning & development deliverables in scope and on time
Assist with preparations for quarterly communications and monthly Academy newsletters.
Assist with learning solutions preparations for CSO ELEVATE event.
Assist with the FY24-25 L&D Strategy Planning and training development for learning strategy launch
Capture and organize a central repository for eCommerce documentation that will be used in FY24-25 L&D Strategy planning and training development.
Synthesize key findings in the strategy work to help identify skills & capabilities and training themes to focus in FY24-25
Preferred Knowledge:
Knowledge/background in learning management system software, industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred. Experience using Articulate Storyline is a plus!
Can-do attitude and ability to drive multiple projects concurrently.
Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan, and mitigate subsequent issues.
Must work transparently across teams and communicate frequently on progress against deliverables.
The ideal candidate can lead through and thrive in ambiguous situations, possess high-powered analytical skills, and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with engineering teams and Microsoft FTEs and vendors, possess basic application development knowledge, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills.
MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel -required), Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Learning Management Systems, Power BI, SharePoint administration highly recommended.
Event coordination skills a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
4-8 years of project management experience required
PMI Certification or proven ability to deliver projects accurately and on time.
Demonstrated ability to work across all levels in an organization.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The offered base pay range for this specific posting is $67 – 72/hr, depending on location and experience.
Base Pay ranges are different for different work locations within the U.S., which allows for competitive pay and consistency in different states
U.S. based employees, working 30 hours per week or more have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, a 401K plan with matching, well being benefits, education benefits, among others.
U.S. based full-time employees receive 11 paid holidays, and accrue paid time off
