Position Summary:
The Program Manager, considered Key Personnel, shall be responsible for all work performed under this contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR,
- coordinate all requirements of the contract,
- ensure Contractor activities are aligned with contract objectives
- oversee performance of the Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, consultants and resources,
- keep the COR informed about Contractor progress throughout the performance period of the contract
- ensure all contractor and subcontractor employees understand and abide by the client’s established rules, regulations and policies concerning safety and security.
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree in Business Management or IT Technology related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing incremental delivery Software Development Projects
- PMP or ITIL Expert or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to direct, execute and control the performance of all work under this contract.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
- Speak, read, write and understand English
