Project Architect (Revit Experience)

You have Revit experience with commercial projects and possibly have experience using BIM 360. THE ROLE:
This is a key role on our entrepreneurial team. You'll be hands-on in all aspects of design and drafting of both high-end residential and a mixture of high-profile commercial design work; bars & restaurants, small to large-scale music venues, and healthcare projects.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Professionally and confidently correspond with employees, contractors, consultants, and clients
- Designing and drafting using Revit and collaborate with project teams using BIM 360
- Get design/draft work done on time whether in the office or remotely
- Visiting project construction sites is an integral part of learning and contributing to the firm's success. While on site you will:
- Record site conditions
- Take pictures
- Gather the information needed to update the Revit model with a high degree of accuracy
- Work on multiple projects from start to finish in an agile environment
- Effectively define and document user problems, principles, and details necessary to communicate and implement solutions
- Report to the Owner/Architect
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 4+ years experience designing with Autodesk Revit
- Have experience working with or the ability to quickly learn BIM 360
- Be an excellent teammate, communicator, and facilitator
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Good people skills
- A passion for architecture and interior design is a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
