Position Title – Project Coordinator
Address – Remote in CA
Pay: $32.88/HR
Hours – M-F 9a-5pm PST (flexible)
Position Purpose:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company’s Employee Engagement team by providing communications and change management support, conducting research into employee engagement trends, supporting the creation of reports and analyses to capture insights from employee feedback, and providing administrative support. To succeed in this role, The Project Coordinator should have very strong attention to detail and previous experience working in internal or external communications, change management, consulting, or employee engagement. The Project Coordinator will have demonstrated experience successfully managing to project deadlines and creating high-quality, error free deliverables for senior audiences.
Experience/Education (MUST be included on resume):
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience working in internal or external communications, change management, or public relations
- 2+ years of experience creating reports for excutive level-audiences
- 2+ years of experience conducting qualitative research, analyzing trends, generating insights and summarizing key takeaways for various audiences is a plus
- 2+ years of experience with interpreting/analyzing and presenting survey data or with employee engagement surveys is a plus
- Must have Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Qualtrics is a huge plus
