Background:

Nesra Engineering, LLC is a leading provider of Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural design services for private and public clients. Since our inception in 2011, we have completed over 100 large municipal projects with a construction value exceeding 200 million dollars. Our company is licensed in multiple states, including MA, RI, NH, ME, and FL. We are currently in the development phase of our new state-of-the-art office on Rt 1, in North Attleboro, MA.

Position:

Nesra Engineering, LLC is seeking a mid-level project designer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the design of various projects, ranging from residential subdivisions to collegiate sports facilities. Salary:

Salary will be based on experience, education, and qualifications for the position, with an anticipated range of $100,000 to $180,000.

$10,000 Sign on Bonus.

Responsibilities:

The mid-level project designer will collaborate with the lead designer to provide design, permitting, and specifications for public projects, such as parks and athletic facilities. Specific responsibilities will include preparation of demolition and erosion control plans, layout and materials plans, grading, drainage, and utility plans, as well as construction details for review and mark-up by the lead designer. The successful candidate will also be responsible for revisions to design documents based on mark-ups and a second round of review, as well as preparation of probable construction cost estimates. Additionally, the mid-level project designer may be tasked with drainage calculations and preparation of permitting applications, such as NOIs, RDAs, and Site Plans Review.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in design and drafting

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

· Experience with athletic facilities design is a plus

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Familiarity with permitting processes and regulations in multiple states

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
