What will you do

Project Management Excellence Senior Manager is a key role supporting Technology & Data strategy and delivery. This role will drive Project Management execution standards to deliver rapid and value-driven solutions across Technology & Data. This role will be directly accountable for the management of highly integrated and complex projects and will direct project management resources for critical TSA Exit programs. This role will be critical in the oversite and management of the execution of the TSA Exit portfolio.

The position will also be responsible for reporting workload balancing, resource loading, program status, cost, and value of strategic initiatives. This role will partner with key business stakeholders, including Technology & Data leadership and business PMO. This role will be responsible for providing a quality review, governance, and oversight of the project deliverables and requirements. This role will anticipate potential risks/program obstacles through an understanding of key business processes and the analysis of key program data.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize and drive the adoption of tools and governance for successful prioritization and management of strategic initiatives and associated programs and tactics.
• Work closely with Technology & Data Leadership, strategic stakeholders, and program owners to define project scope, milestones, deliverables, activities, budget, and resource requirements.
• Help shape TSA exit strategies ensuring operational stability and optimization across critical IT systems.
• Program oversite and indirect direction of project resources executing TSA Exit projects
• Develop & manage full-scale, integrated project plans.
• Lead enterprise Technology & Data projects as assigned.
• Provide regular updates using PM tools for visualization and active monitoring of strategy status, resource scheduling, and timeline management.
• Drive projects through governance channels to ensure connectivity between PMO and TMO organizations.
• Seek ongoing process improvements, alignment, and synergies to drive efficiency in our portfolio management practices.
• Implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve program objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with functional and technical stakeholders to drive program communication and transparent portfolio management.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500. The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

• Required Qualifications
  • Education: University/Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT, or a related field
  • Years of experience: minimum 8 years of portfolio management experience with proven successful performance
  • Demonstrated ability in managing metrics, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience managing strategic priorities and communicating to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude toward people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information in an easily understood manner
