Position Mission

The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will ensure full and accurate visibility of project statuses are provided to client and vendor stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for effectively prioritizing and managing project resources across multiple projects with regard to project priority and established project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Assign project tasks based on assigned project resources strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven working experience in project management.
  • IT experience background is required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred; long-term healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • The position is largely self motivated and self structured. The right candidate will be driven to be challenged and to succeed.
  • Some local travel required.
