Job Description
In this role, you will work across approximately 5-7 different task orders. You will task and organize a diverse team of operational staff for your assigned task orders / projects. To be successful in this role, you should bring strong organizational, communication, resource management, and task management skills.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal inquires related to compliance or reviewer support.
- Plan and track program related tasks and resource needs
- Assist with operations resource planning
- Assign and manage day-to-day tasks of operations team members and train new/temporary staff
- Manage application compliance process
- Deliverable preparation to include: Application files; Application compliance reports and letters; Scoring reports; Ad hoc reports
- Manage and assist with reviewer support and premeeting material preparation tasks
- Provide onsite administrative and OSS management
Required Experience:
- BA/BS or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience
- Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Task management experience and/or skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively within and across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional
