We are looking for Property & Casualty Insurance Agents to join our energetic, growing team. This position is primarily responsible for prospecting, offering solutions, and servicing clients. We help both individuals and families with personal auto and home insurance needs as well as business owners with commercial policies. In addition to your natural market, prospects are available from our internal lead sources. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career as an agent in the financial services industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Run insurance quotes and make sales presentations to hit sale objectives
- Determine client’s needs and match those needs with the appropriate coverage
- Conduct needs-based policy reviews as the client's trusted advisor
- Calling leads and actively engage in lead generating activities (For example, business networking groups, through social media, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of client service and retention
- Provide a positive customer experience
Required Skills:
- Property & Casualty License
- Life, Accident, and Health License would be an added advantage but not required
- Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with centers of influence
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a team environment
