Job description
Experienced Property Maintenance Foreman needed for a multi family community in Tulsa, OK. Candidate must have experience in all aspects of maintenance and make ready needs including but not limited to; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and day to day work orders.
Must be organized, able to work with vendors, order supplies, supervise maintenance staff, have own tools, reliable transportation, valid drivers license and able to pass a background and drug screening.
Annual tool allowance paid after 1st year of employment. Lease renewal commissions available after 90 days. Employee rental discount available at some Winfield properties.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
