Job description
Management of two RD/Tax Credit properties within 1 mile of each other in Jefferson, Ohio. Position is responsible for all facets of renting and managing these two properties, including accepting applications, accepting and depositing rents, certifying and recertifying applicants/tenants for compliance with RD/Tax Credit programs, overseeing property maintenance , working to address tenant concerns, general customer service and response to after hours emergency calls. Position is 35 hours per week and benefits are available at group rates.
