SpareBox Storage is growing its team and is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Property Manager in the Toledo, Ohio area.

As the Property Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing and maintaining our self-storage properties. Working closely with the customer service call center and our operations teams, this role will have ownership over each property insuring the properties are clean, systems are fully functioning, and the general maintenance upkeep is completed.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Ensure properties are cleaned and well maintained generating a professional curb appeal
• Perform unit checks and rent rolls weekly at properties
• Perform light property repairs and maintenance such as resetting rental center kiosks, cleaning out units, changing lights, and replacing HVAC filters
• Prep units for auction process by cutting off lock, recording information and uploading pictures to StorageAuctions.com
• Oversee contractor activities such as landscapers, painters, etc.
• Partner with Customer Service Agents to schedule various customer needs at the properties

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Property maintenance experience is a plus working with facilities such as schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software systems and web applications
• Reliable and excellent with time management skills
• Possess and maintain valid Drivers’ License
• A desire to grow and contribute to a quickly growing organization
• Self-storage or property management experience is a plus
