Looking for an experienced Prototrak Bridgeport Machinist.

You will be programming and setting up your own jobs.

Primarily blanking out or making complete parts such as NC blocks, small plates, most work fits in a standard vise.

A combination of speed and accuracy is top priority.

This is a job shop environment. Expect quantities of 1 to 10 pieces on average.

You are responsible for making quality parts and holding tolerance.

You are expected to have your own measuring devices.

The shop will provide carbide and most all cutting tools for the jobs.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience with prototrak control.

We are very flexible with schedules. start anywhere from 6 to 8 AM and work 8, 9 or 10 hour shift depending on the shops workload. Average 44 hour weeks. 9 hour days and 8 hours on Fridays.

We are looking for an *experienced* candidate that doesn't need their hand held and makes parts promptly and correctly, so apply accordingly. Candidates will be expected to perform a paid working evaluation before official hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
