We are looking for a Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services across the agency. You’ll evaluate and diagnose individuals who are experiencing psychiatric emergent/urgent or routine condition in an outpatient setting, face-to-face, and/or by telehealth. You’ll determine pharmacological treatment for patients as well facilitate admitting patients to the hospital or respite as needed.

Description:

• A collaborative spirit to coordinate medical treatments with Nurses and Care Management
• A deep knowledge in therapeutic interventions including diagnostic assessment, medication evaluation and management, suicide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and overall care of patients with psychiatric disorders
• Ability to maintain an active role in treatment plan including patient follow-up
• Solid relationship building skills to cultivate trust with teams, Physicians, and Consumers

• Tennessee Licensed Psychiatrist, Board Eligible or Certified
