Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• RNA isolation in various tissues/cells from human, non-human primate and rodents
• Gene expression profiling and data analysis on various platforms
• Presenting relevant data to project teams

Position Qualifications:

• Knowledge in molecular biology techniques, specifically RNA isolation/quantitation and RTqPCR
• Familiarity with Applied Biosystems, Fluidigm Biomark, or other qPCR platforms
• Must have some experience with data analysis using various statistical software packages as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, dependable, and having a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, multi-tasking, attention to details, keep accurate and timely records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S/B.A/M.S. in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field
• 2 years experience in industry or academia
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
