Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility looking for a Quality Assurance Data Management Specialist - QMS to join our growing business in Sacramento, CA. This role will perform administration activities in support of the Quality Management System using multiple programs to include SharePoint 2013, MS Teams, SAP, Power Automate and Microsoft Office such as Excel. Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and configuration management are highly desirable. This position is essential in maintaining quality records and standards. This is an onsite role with ability to work 1 day per week remote.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Build and maintain division SharePoint site,
- Use specialized software for testing/inspecting when required (i.e., SAP, CATs WEB, PDF Editor, etc.),
- Schedule audits of QMS documentation and reports,
- Maintain and input records and reports related to testing/inspecting activities,
- Maintain and input processes and procedures related to the QMS system,
- Maintain KPIs / Monthly reports for department,
- Work with multiple team members and cross functionally with various level within the organization.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- High School Diploma/GED,
- 2+ years of experience in the capacity of quality department functions to include QMS work,
- Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint 2013, Teams, Power Automate and other MS products,
- Solid understanding of document control standards and protocols,
- Well demonstrated verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to travel 5%,
- Setting you apart from others would be an Associate degree with knowledge of prevailing codes (ISO 9001:2015) and rolling stock and rolling stock components.

The base salary range for this position in Sacramento, California is $49,210-$80,900. The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
