MTC is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager with adult correctional experience! This position pays $17.00/hour.
This job is a shared or clustered position between the Gregory S. Coleman Unit and the Kyle Correctional Center. The position requires travel and performing duties between both facilities, located in_ Lockhart, Texas and Kyle, Texas. _
Education and Experience includes:
- High school diploma or equivalent or GED.
- Four (4) years full-time, wage earning experience in an adult correctional environment or related field required.
- One (1) year of experience in supervisory capacity preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
Position Summary:
- Reports to the designated Warden.
- Directly supervises the compliance sergeant/FTO.
- Responsible for the oversight of the quality assurance and accreditation requirements in compliance with Management & Training Corporation and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.
