**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) professionals at varying levels of experience: Management, Senior Tech, and Junior Tech. Our FSQA team plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the safety and quality of our products.

The right candidates will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated, passionate team of professionals and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our food safety culture and our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement and maintain our food safety and quality assurance programs.

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, GLP, SSOP, SQF,FSMA).

- Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

- Train employees on food safety practices and regulations.

- Investigate any issues related to food safety or quality and implement corrective actions.

- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure food safety and quality goals are met.

- Regularly report on FSQA metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in Food Safety Quality Assurance. The level of experience required will depend on the specific position.

- Accreditation and/or participation in achieving accreditation in HACCP, GMP, GLP, SSOP, SQF, FSSC, GFSI, FSMA.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well with a team.

- Strong leadership potential with the willingness to step up when needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
