Qualifications:

  • Experience as a quality control inspector or quality technician.
  • Knowledgeable with ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management System.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and SolidWorks Inspection or similar CAD, Document Control, and Electronic Inspection systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Inspection Plans and Reports for incoming materials and product being manufactured.
  • Assist with internal auditing per ISO 9001 and our QMS. Interview employees and audit systems with respect to compliance. Prepare and publish results. ·
  • Participate in QMS System improvements. Identify, create/update, and implement new procedures and opportunities for improvement. ·
  • Assist in Process Capability studies.
  • Assist in Corrective Action/Preventive Action. Work independently and on multidisciplinary teams to perform root cause investigations, develop and implement corrective action and preventive action plans.
  • Assist APQP team with DFMEAs and Control Plans. Work on multidisciplinary teams to develop DFMEAs and Control Plans for existing and new products.
  • Gage Calibration support. Assist with review of Work Instructions, impact reviews, development of internal calibration techniques.
  • Assist with Gage R&R activities. Collect data and work with Quality Assurance Engineer to report results.
  • Assist with Inspection Equipment Program Verification. Perform reviews to verify electronic inspection equipment programs perform intended inspection operations. Verify results of output.
  • Work with Suppliers and Customers on REACH/RoHS/TCSA/Proposition 65/Conflict Minerals and other regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
