who will lead the daily financial operations of a fast growing start-up company in DeLand, Florida.

Quality Supervisor Requirements and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school.
• BSc/BA in quality/ mechanical/ industry or facility management will be an advantage
• Membership of an appropriate professional body such as the Institute of Manufacturing
• will be an advantage
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
• Understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001
• Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance or quality supervision.
• Previous managerial experience will be an advantage.
• Technical capability and experience
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Great eye for detail.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
