As a Real Estate Agent with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who appreciate our innovative approach and are looking for a more cost-effective and transparent way to buy or sell a property. We are seeking two licensed Real Estate Agents to join our innovative and growing company. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, social, and passionate about real estate. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, social media, and direct mail
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with local real estate trends
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and property inspections
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and present offers to clients
  • Work closely with the company's marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various technology platforms such as CRM software and social media
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
