Job description
Real Estate Closing Agent needed for 35-40 hours a week. Must have knowledge of RESPA rules, preparing and balancing closing disclosures, escrow, and knowledge of loan types. We work closely with Realtors, bankers, appraisers, home inspectors, etc. This position requires an outgoing personality, organization is a must, detail oriented, and proficient in WORD and EXCEL. Closing experience is preferred and having a license is a bonus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Pay is commensurate with experience. We are a local company that has been operating for 23 years. Hours are 8-5 or 9-5 Monday through Friday. No weekends or nights.
