The recent acquisition come with a re-branding of Builders Hardware, Inc to BHI Doors and a new product line in Pre-Hung Interior Door Systems.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a receiving associate to join our warehouse team to assist in our daily receiving demands, processing will-call orders, filling pick-tickets, and loading transfer trucks.
The individual in this role should be capable in basic shipping and receiving knowledge and able to operate a forklift to pull inventory out of bin locations. Data entry capabilities for inventory changes is a plus.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving inventory from our vendors and stocking in correct bin locations
- Assist in processing will-call orders
- Responsible for processing transfer truck reports and unloading pallets using a forklift
- Communicate issues between relevant departments
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience or knowledge working in a warehouse environment.
- Previous shipping and receiving work experience a plus
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time and take verbal instructions
- Must be able to read and understand written English instructions
- Able to operate a forklift (standing or sitting)
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00AM - 3:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
