Receptionist- General Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Receptionist works closely with the HR Manager and Estimating team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
b. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
c. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
d. Preparing daily mail to go out.
e. Creating, preparing, and tracking FedEx shipments.
e. Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
f. Maintain filing system for incoming documents.
g. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
h. Keeping conference rooms clean and organized after use.
The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Highschool Diploma
2. Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Ability to learn new software.
4. Demonstrates solid communication, customer service skills, and verbal/written skills with all levels of company personnel and outsides.
5. Demonstrate good level of organization and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask.
7. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to computers and general office equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
