You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. This is a great position if you have experience in the hospitality industry or have retail experience.

Responsibilities of an Automotive Dealership Receptionist:

• Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard
• Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
• Greet customers as they walk in the door and direct them to the proper department
• Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information
• Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)
• Help with setting appointment via phone calls
• Filing, scanning docs, or other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements of an Automotive Dealership Receptionist:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Professional attitude and attire a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
