Receptionist
Primary Responsibility
The Receptionist will answer incoming calls and perform other administrative/clerical duties as assigned. Bilingual skills are preferred.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to claimants, clients, medical providers and adjusters.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, clients and medical providers.
- Assist with indexing incoming mail queue and other indexing as needed.
- Accurately enter DOL numbers into claims package in a timely manner.
- Assist supervisors with special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3 years office experience
- Previous experience handling a busy, multi-line phone system.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet timed deadlines
- Computer skills include fast, accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college course work
- Bilingual skills
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Image Right.
