ServiceMaster by ORC is an established emergency mitigation service company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage as well as turnkey reconstruction. We have been serving Arizona for over 12 years; we have the largest territory of all Arizona ServiceMasters and we continue to grow!

The Reconstruction Team is responsible for putting homes back to pre-loss conditions after mitigation services have been provided and for completing new home warranty items for new home builders.

We are looking for honest, hard-working, service-focused Reconstruction Technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Drywall Installation
• Texture (must be able to match most textures, especially skip trowel)
• Painting
• Light Framing
• Building/Installing – Baseboard, Casing, and Jambs
• Installation of – Cabinets, Counter Tops, Shelving, Etc.
• New Home Punch Lists
• Appropriately plan for your work orders, ensuring you have all materials necessary to complete your tasks
• Follow all Best Practices and Safety Rules and Regulations
• Complete All Required Documentation

Requirements:

• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must Have: Personal Set of Tools Necessary to Complete Jobs
• Reliable Vehicle to Use for Work [we reimburse mileage]

Physical Demands:

• This job requires walking, standing, bending, lifting, and manipulating large/heavy items.
• Candidates should be comfortable:
• Lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis,
• Working at heights and/or on ladders,
• Working in confined spaces.

Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; however, we do ask for availability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
