Recreation Supervisor - Poinciana Villages
Job Profile
Overview of Role:
Recreation Staff Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the area they are working and assists manager in the day to day operations. Flexible schedule is a must. This opportunity takes place at one of our HOA properties Association of Poinciana Villages.
What you will be doing? (Some of your main responsibilities include):
- Assist in coordinating activities with Manage
- Implement activities as scheduled by the Department
- Schedule and coordinate activities in Activity Campus
- Monitor daily activity in Activity Campus
- Perform such additional duties and responsibilities as may be required by the needs of the department, the company and the Poinciana Community.
- Assists with staff ensuring all staff adhere to all policies and procedure
- Assist with training of new hire
- Ensures inventory is kept for both concession area
- Ensures all areas are stocked with supplies needed for daily operation
- Covers vacation for manager and is second in command
- Oversees cash handling reconciliations, reports, and bank deposits
- Assists with staff scheduling.
- Assists Manager by ensuring all building stations are properly staffed
- Perform such additional duties and responsibilities as may be required by the needs of the Department, The Company and the Poinciana Community.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures in place by FirstService Residential
- Flexible schedule.
Schedule: Rotating schedule due to being open 7 days a week.
